Toolloo provides productivity Add-ons for Google Workspace, aim to help users minimize manual work, improve accuracy and increase efficiency.

By installing or using Toolloo's add-on, you agree to the following terms:

Toolloo provides productivity Add-ons for Google Workspace, including data merging and AI-powered OCR extraction tools. The software operates primarily within the user's Google environment. For extraction services, data is processed ephemerally via Google’s Vision and Gemini APIs to return structured text to user's spreadsheet. Toolloo does not store, transmit, or process any data on external servers.

By using the add-on, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the add-on.

You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring the source files and target sheet are correctly configured

• Keeping your Google account secure

• Using the add-on in accordance with Google’s Terms of Service

You may not use the add-on for unlawful purposes or in a way that could impair, disable, or harm the add-on’s intended functionality.

This add-on is provided “as is” without any warranties or guarantees. We are not liable for:

• Any loss of data, errors, or misconfigurations resulting from user actions

• Any issues caused by changes to the Google Apps Script platform

• Downtime, interruptions, or feature changes

We recommend users keep backups of their critical data.

Certain features (such as AI extraction) are subject to usage limits or "credits." Credits are deducted based on successful processing (e.g., per page scanned). We do not offer refunds for credits used on files with poor image quality or unreadable text; we recommend testing with our trial credits first. 

We may update, change, or discontinue the add-on at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the add-on following any updates indicates your acceptance of the changes.
