Open any Google Sheets™ file.
Click on “Extensions > Add-ons > Get add-ons.”
Search for “Smart PDF & Image Extractor”
Click “Install” and grant the necessary permissions.

After installation:
Open your Google Sheet™.
Go to the menu bar and click “Extensions > Smart PDF & Image Extractor > Open Setting & Scan”
The add-on sidebar will appear on the right.

Click "Select Image or PDF" to choose file to be scan (tips: hold Shift to select multiple file).
List the fields you want to find (e.g., Invoice Number, Date, Amount). This tells the AI exactly what to look for.
